Privacy Policy

KefeerKraft collects contact details, billing records, project data, and service telemetry needed to deliver managed programs and client portal access.

Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth. Payments are handled through Dodo Payments. Support and operational reporting data may be stored in Supabase, file storage, and approved internal systems used to operate the service.

We keep access scoped to the minimum required to deliver the service, maintain audit logs for sensitive workflows, and avoid exposing client documents publicly unless the client explicitly shares a document link.

Questions about privacy, retention, or deletion requests can be routed through your client portal or your assigned Release Engineer.
